Bee Primo Orange Blossom with Citrus Honey 500g

Orange blossom honey (Citrus sp.) is light amber in colour with yellowish tones and changes to a whitish-yellow colour when it crystallizes. Its aroma is floral with a clear, intense and persistent methyl anthranilate component. Its flavour is sweet with a clear, very marked acid component. It is slow to crystallize in fine crystals, unless it is rich in white rocket.
